Service Technician

Ducati NYC - Ducati Certified Technician

Ducati NYC is seeking Experienced Motorcycle Technicians to join our team. Ducati NYC has been awarded the #1 Ducati Dealer in North America once again for 2019 and offers a fast-paced, productive, and exciting work atmosphere. We offer competitive compensation, ongoing training and certification as well as benefits (Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K). Ducati Certification is ideal, but other OEM certifications are encouraged.

Responsibilities:

• Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electronics, suspension, chassis, and brakes.
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor and Manager so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed.
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Executes installation of a variety of accessories (OEM and Aftermarket) efficiently and in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working as an OEM certified technician.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
• Must have high attention to detail.
• Team Player with a Customer Service mentality.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with motorcycle endorsement.
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
